Editor’s note:
Section 624.06 was repealed as part of the 1992 updating and revision of this code of ordinances because a violation of substantially equivalent state law (Ohio R.C. 2925.22) was made a felony by the Ohio General Assembly by Am. Sub. H.B. No. 615, effective 3-27-1991.
