§ 618.16 HUNTING.

(A) No person shall hunt any wild animal, fowl or other game within the corporate limits of the city. The provisions of this section shall apply regardless of the weapon, instrument or other device used.

(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
