§ 610.11 FALSE STATEMENTS OR ADVERTISEMENTS.

(A) No person shall willfully make a false or misleading statement to the Advisory Board or to any employee of the city relative to any matter regulated by this chapter.

(B) No person shall falsely advertise or make a statement that any pollution control device has been approved by the Administrator.
