(A) The Administrator, or his or her employees or agents, shall not be directly or indirectly interested in the manufacture, ownership, agency or sale of fuel, steam or hot water boilers, fuel-burning combustion process equipment or devices for air pollution control, or any apparatus or device connected therewith.
(B) Neither the Administrator, nor any of his or her employees or agents, shall act as a consultant for any person within the jurisdiction of this chapter, nor shall they recommend the employment of a particular consultant to anyone affected by this chapter.
(C) Neither the Administrator, nor any of his or her employees or agents shall perform or assist in any test or other service in connection with equipment, which might cause pollution for any person within the jurisdiction of this chapter which test or service is not otherwise required in the performance of their duties.
