In addition to those definitions set forth in O.A.C. 3745, as adopted herein and as amended, the following words and phrases, as used in this chapter, shall have the following meanings.
ADMINISTRATOR. The Akron Regional Air Quality Management Administrator, as prescribed and defined by the Akron Civil Service Commission, or his or her designee.
AGENCY. A multi-county entity, that being the Akron Regional Air Quality Management District (ARAQMD), created by delegation from the state of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
APPLICABLE LAW. Unless otherwise expressly specified, include any applicable provisions of this chapter; Ohio R.C. Ch. 3704, as amended; rules, regulations and orders of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency; the Clean Air Act, as amended; and rules and regulations of the Administrator of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
