The Fourth Ward shall contain that territory bounded and described as follows: beginning at the intersection of Wolf Creek and Wooster Road West; thence northerly along the centerline of Wolf Creek to the centerline of Hopocan Avenue; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Wolf Creek passing over Norton Avenue to the north corporation line; thence easterly along the north corporation line to the west corporation line; thence northerly along the west corporation line to the north corporation line; thence easterly passing over Barber Road and Wesleyan Avenue to the east corporation line; thence southerly along the east corporation line to the north corporation line; thence easterly along the north corporation line to the west corporation line; thence northerly along the west corporation line to the centerline of Huntsberger Drive; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Huntsberger Drive extended to the centerline of Madison Avenue; thence southerly along the centerline of Madison Avenue to the centerline of W. Way Street; thence easterly along the centerline of W. Way Street to the centerline of Newton Avenue; thence northerly along the centerline of Newton Avenue to the centerline of Mitchell Street; thence easterly along the centerline of Mitchell Street to the centerline of N. Summit Street; thence southerly along the centerline of N. Summit Street to the intersection of N. Summit Street and Burt Street; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centerline of Burt Street to the centerline of Wooster Road N.; thence in a southwesterly direction along the centerline of Wooster Road N. to the centerline of High Street; thence in a southerly direction along the centerline of High Street to the centerline of Norton Avenue and Coventry Road and Fairview Avenue to the centerline of the Ohio Canal; thence southwesterly along the centerline of the Ohio Canal to the south corporation line; thence west along the centerline of Wooster Road West to the centerline of Wolf Creek and the place of beginning.
