§ 351.11 PARKING IN ALLEYS AND NARROW STREETS; EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall stop, stand or park or allow to be stopped, stand or be parked, any vehicle upon a street or alley in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic.
   (B)   No person shall stop, stand or park, or allow to be stopped, stand or be parked, any vehicle upon any alley except for the purpose of loading and/or unloading and then only for a period not to exceed 30 minutes.
   (C)   The provisions of this section shall not apply when the person stops, allows to stand or parks any vehicle in obedience to traffic regulation, traffic signs, traffic signals or a police officer.
