State Street thence easterly along the north line of Homewood Avenue to the east corporation line; thence southerly 761.82 feet along the east corporation line to a point; thence S. 87 07’ 17” E. along said corporation line a distance of 1,524.27 feet to the east line of Lot 4, Tract 15, Coventry Township; thence S. 03 15’ 33” W. along said lot line (also being the present corporation line of the City of Akron) 400.98 feet to a point on the northerly line of Tuscarawas Avenue Extension (R/W 50’) (also the present corporation line of the City of Akron and the City of Barberton); thence S. 82 36’ 00” E. along said northerly line 365 feet to a point; thence southeasterly along said northerly line and the arc of a circle curving to the right (central angle = 78 53’ 48”, radius = 388.53 feet, chord = 493.73 feet, chord bearing N. 43 09’ 06” W.) a distance of 535.01 feet to a point; thence N. 86 17’ 48” E. along the present corporation line of the City of Akron and the City of Barberton a distance of 298.23 feet to a point on the east line of Rose Acres Allotment; thence S. 03 12’ 07” W. along said allotment line also known as the east corporation line of the City of Barberton, a distance of 2,478.54 feet to the south line of Robinson Avenue; thence westerly along the south line of Robinson Avenue to the centerline line of State Street; thence northwesterly to the centerline of Robinson Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Robinson Avenue to the centerline of Fifth Street S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of Fifth Street S.E. to the centerline of Portsmouth Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline Portsmouth Avenue to the centerline of Third Street S.E.; thence southerly along the centerline of Third Street S.E. to the centerline of Lamberton Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Lamberton Avenue to the centerline of First Street S.E.; thence northerly along the centerline of First Street S.E.; to the centerline of Quincy Avenue; thence westerly along the centerline of Quincy Avenue to the centerline of S.
