Except as otherwise provided by this Charter, the Mayor may remove any of the appointed citizen members of the boards and commissions. Notification of removal shall be submitted in writing to the person(s) being removed. Said removal may be overridden by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the entire Council within thirty (30) days of the notification by the Mayor to the member being removed.
