(1) Test/inspection of underground pipe: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(B) Sprinkler and standpipe system acceptance test.
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(C) Fire pump acceptance test.
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(D) Fire detection system/fire alarm acceptance test.
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(E) Hood and duct system acceptance test.
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(F) Carbon dioxide, halon, dry chemical, foam or other wet chemical suppression system acceptance test.
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(G) Performance. The performance of any type of acceptance test not listed above shall be subject to the following fee schedule:
(1) Test/inspection fee: $50;
(2) Re-tests/inspection: $75 each; and
(3) Subsequent re-test/inspection increase in increments of: $25.
(H) Licensure. Installer of all fire systems must be licensed by the state.
