(A) All plans submitted to the Fire Department for review shall incur a charge of $55 per hour of review. This fee will be paid to the Building Department at the time of the issuance of the permit. A permit shall not be issued until a certificate of acceptance is issued by the Fire Prevention Bureau. This certificate shall indicate the number of hours dedicated to the review of said plans. The certificate shall also indicate date and time plans received by the Fire Department, date reviewed and a date of issuance.
(B) A minimum charge of one hour shall apply. The Building Department shall then forward a copy of the permit to the Fire Prevention Bureau.
