§ 1476.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall be fined not more than $750 or imprisoned not more than 90 days, or both. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
