§ 1476.09 INSPECTION WARRANTS.
The Building Commissioner or other officers or inspectors acting for him may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for a warrant setting forth factually the actual conditions and circumstances that provide a reasonable basis for believing that a nuisance or violation of this code exists on the premises. If the judge is satisfied as to the matter set forth in the application, he or she shall authorize the issuance of a warrant permitting access to an inspection of that part of the premises on which the nuisance or violation is believed to exist.
