Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the city that certain code known as the National Electrical Contractors Association, Tri-County, Minimum Residential Rewire Electrical Code (1996 edition) for the purpose of regulating electrical wiring within the city. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of said code and hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein.
