Council hereby adopts, by reference as if fully set out herein, the Erosion and Sediment Control Regulation attached to original Ord. 147-2003, passed 12-8-2003, as set forth in 40 C.F.R. parts 9, 122, 123 and 124 and referred to as NPDES Storm Water Phase II, in order to be in compliance with EPA requirements.
