The permit fee for the installation, alteration, remodeling, resetting and replacing of any plumbing, plumbing fixtures or plumbing system, whether new or existing, shall be as follows, except for ordinary repairs, including leaks, worn or damaged faucets, floats and valves, and the cleaning of house drains and/or sewers not involving the removal or replacement of traps and/or plumbing fixtures or apparatus.
