§ 1444.18 PLUMBING PERMIT FEES.
   The permit fee for the installation, alteration, remodeling, resetting and replacing of any plumbing, plumbing fixtures or plumbing system, whether new or existing, shall be as follows, except for ordinary repairs, including leaks, worn or damaged faucets, floats and valves, and the cleaning of house drains and/or sewers not involving the removal or replacement of traps and/or plumbing fixtures or apparatus.

   (*Replace water heater, soil/vent stack, inside conductor, outside conductor, water line, gas line (per dwelling), water closet, bathtub, shower, wash basin, sick, disposal, laundry trap, shampoo bowl, sump pump, janitor’s closet and slop sink. Accessory items may be combined on one permit.)
Commercial and industrial. New or addition sanitary module (complex of fixtures within one enclosed room)

Fire protection system. Fees for fire suppression systems (wet, dry, CO2, chemical, halon and the like) shall be as follows

Review plans for conformance to the city’s ordinances and Development Code

Minimum plan review fee would be $150 ($100 storm water, $50 engineering) with city maximum of $650, plus consultant’s fees
