§ 1444.12 REFUND OF EXPIRED FEES; APPLICATION OF FEES TO NEW PERMITS.
   A permit under which no work is commenced within 90 days shall expire as provided for in § 1444.10(C) of this chapter. The fee for a permit which has expired and under which no work has been done or will be done shall not be refunded, but such fee may be applied to a new permit for the same applicant if the new permit is applied for and issued within three months after the issuance of the expired or unused permit; provided that, the permit receipt and card for the expired or unused permit is returned to the Division of Building Inspection.
