§ 298.02 REPRESENTATION OF INDIGENTS; ATTORNEY FEES.

(A) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay attorney fees to those attorneys who have been appointed by the Municipal Court to represent indigents who are charged under this code of ordinances.

(B) The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her warrants in payment thereof.
