§ 1444.08 ABANDONMENT OF APPLICATIONS.
   An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have been abandoned 90 days after the date of filing, unless a permit has been issued before then. After an application has been abandoned, the Building Commissioner may destroy and dispose of all records, plans and specifications submitted in connection with the application.
