§ 1430.03 EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the following:
   (A)   Federal, state or municipal signs pertaining to the city, house numbers or legal notices;
   (B)   Railroad crossing signs, bona fide danger signs or such temporary emergency non-advertising signs as may be approved by the Building Commissioner; and
   (C)   Tablets designating such things as the name, the date of erection or the use of a building, when such tablets are built into the wall of the building and constructed of bronze, stone or similar incombustible materials.
