As used in this chapter, HVAC means the installation, alteration, addition to, repair or replacement of warm-air heating, ventilation and/or air conditioning equipment, used or to be used in any building within the city, unless exempted elsewhere in this Title Four or in this Building Code. The construction, installation, alteration and repair of all solid and liquid fuel burning equipment, or any equipment pertaining thereto, is further governed by Ch. 610 of this code of ordinances.
