A holder of a plant registration, through its qualified representative, shall be held responsible for all work done under its registration and is subject to the penalties provided for in this Title Four. All work is subject to suspension or revocation at any time in accordance with the provisions of § 1422.09 of this chapter upon failure to comply with any of the requirements of the Ohio Building Code.
