§ 1422.11 RESTRICTIONS AND EXEMPTIONS.
   A plant engineer shall be solely employed by the registration holder. No plant registration shall be sold, transferred or loaned to be used by other than its holder. No plant registration shall entitle its holder or designee to act as a contractor in the trade or business for which such plant registration is issued. The plant registration shall entitle its holder to make installations, alterations or additions in buildings which the registration holder occupies as owner or lessee, provided such installation, alterations or additions are performed under the supervision of the person designated in such registration; except that, permit fees as set forth in the Ohio Building Code shall be required for any major additions or major alterations in old buildings and all initial installations, additions or alterations in new buildings. No plant registration shall entitle its holder to make installations or additions on premises or parts thereof not occupied by the registration holder or a lessee thereof.
