No person shall engage in, advertise for or present himself or herself as being in the general contracting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or sewer laying business or trade in the city without first obtaining a registration as provided for in this Title Four, nor shall any firm or corporation engage in, advertise for or otherwise present itself as being in the general contracting, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or sewer laying business or trade in the city unless such firm or corporation employs full time, in a supervisory capacity, a holder of a registration as required in this Title Four.
