Whoever violates any of the provisions of the National Electrical Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense. Unless otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or non-compliance occurs or continues.
