Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted, by and for the city, the National Electrical Code, promulgated by the National Fire Protection Association, being particularly the 2005 edition thereof, designated NFPA No. 70-2002, save and except Art. 80 of the Electric Code and, such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
