The Mayor, the Director of Law and the Director of Finance shall constitute the Treasury Investment Board of the city, and that Board and the Director of Finance shall exercise on behalf of the city the powers and duties with respect to the investment of moneys in the City Treasury as provided for in Ohio R.C. 731.56 through 731.59 and in § 234.03 of this code of ordinances.
