There is hereby established a Tax Incentive Review Board, which shall consist of the Chairperson of the City Council’s Development Committee, the Chairperson of City Council’s Planning Committee and two members of the City Board of Education, who shall be appointed by said Board for two-year terms. The Board shall generally review all applications for tax relief and/or tax abatement within the city.
