§ 276.02 DESIGNATION OF MAYOR AND PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL AS TRUSTEES.

(A) The Mayor and the President of Council shall participate in the Foundation by serving as members of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation.

(B) The Mayor and the President of Council are hereby designated to serve as Trustees of the Foundation to represent the city and the interests of the city.
