§ 1072.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or any rule or regulation of the Director of Public Service adopted pursuant to § 1072.10 of this chapter, shall be fined not more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
