§ 1072.07 FISHING, TRAPPING AND BATHING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall, without authority from the Director of Public Service or his or her authorized representative, fish, take, kill or trap any fur-bearing animal or game bird, swim, bathe, wade or wash clothes in the waters of the Barberton Reservoir, in Wolf Creek above the same or in any stream, ditch or other watercourse tributary thereto within 20 miles of the nearest corporation line of the city, pollute such waters by putting in a putrid or offensive substance injurious to the public health, trespass upon the grounds or waters of the Reservoir or destroy or deface property pertaining thereto. No person who is properly authorized to be upon the lands of the Reservoir or to fish therein shall refuse to depart therefrom or to cease such activity upon being ordered to do so by any law enforcement officer.
