No person shall fail to remove the material from any privy vault before the same fills up, nor shall any person bury such material within 500 feet of the Barberton Reservoir or Wolf Creek above the same or within 150 feet of any ravine, run, swale, drain, sinkhole, stream ditch or other watercourse from which water may flow directly or indirectly into the Reservoir.
