(A) A security deposit of $25 is required by the Health Department for the rental of a hospital bed from the Health Department by residents of the city.
(B) Such deposit is to be placed in Trust Fund 34 to be used for the repair or replacement of the hospital beds, mattresses and mattress covers. Such deposit will be refunded if beds are returned in good condition.
