§ 1040.08 DUMPING OF SEPTIC TANK MATERIALS; PERMIT REQUIRED; FEES.
   (A)   The Director of Public Service and/or the Superintendent of Public Utilities are authorized and directed to issue permits for the dumping of septic tank materials or liquid waste at the City Water Pollution Control Center, such permits to cost $50 per vehicle per year. No person shall dump or otherwise dispose of such material at the Water Pollution Control Center without first obtaining such permit.
   (B)   A charge of $35 per 1,000 gallons shall be assessed for all septic tank materials dumped at the Barberton Water Pollution Control Center and shall become effective 1-1-2003. Such charge shall increase to $40 per 1,000 gallons and shall become effective 1-1-2004.
   (C)   All liquid waste dumped at the Water Pollution Control Center shall conform to the standards set forth in Ch. 1054 of this code of ordinances.
