§ 1020.07 NOTIFICATION OF WORK; STREET CLOSINGS.
   (A)   The permittee shall notify the Division of Engineering a minimum of 48 hours prior to when the opening is to be made, when backfilling is to commence, when temporary restoration has been made and when permanent restoration can be made.
   (B)   (1)   If it is necessary to close a street completely and detour traffic, at least 48 hours’ advance notice shall be given the Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety. The Police and Fire Divisions shall also be notified whenever a street is to be closed or whenever the work may interfere with their functions.
      (2)   The permittee shall also notify all utility companies that may be concerned by reason of adjacent installations.
