(A) The payment of health care premiums by the city for all full-time, non-bargaining unit employees is hereby authorized after the first month of health care coverage.
(B) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to make payment to the Health Insurance Fund for said premiums.
(C) The provisions of this section apply to all full-time, non-bargaining unit employees hired after 1-1-1989.
