(A) Reimbursement to management level city employees for the cost of tuition and books for credit courses at Akron University or Kent State University, upon the prior written approval of the Director of Public Safety, is hereby authorized.
(B) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to draw warrants in payment thereof.
