§ 254.02 USE OF CITY-OWNED VEHICLES.

(a) No official or employee of the city shall use any city-owned vehicle, except for official business, nor shall any city-owned vehicle be used by any of such persons outside the city limits at any time, except on specific instructions of the Director of Public Service and for official business only.

(b) Whoever violates this section is subject to immediate dismissal from the public service.
