Cultivators, processors or retail dispensaries of medical marijuana as defined and licensed under Ohio R.C. Ch. 3796, as it may be amended from time to time, shall be prohibited in all zoning districts and anywhere in the city; except that, the distribution of medical marijuana shall be permitted by a licensed pharmacy in the same manner as other prescription drugs are sold.
