For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TOW TRUCK. Any commercial truck or other commercial vehicle adapted or used for the purpose of towing, winching or otherwise removing disabled motor vehicles.
TOW TRUCK OWNER. Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the business of offering towing services. A lessee in operation of a tow truck shall constitute an OWNER.
