(A) Each residential care facility shall meet the requirements of the Fire Division.
(B) A written evacuation plan for emergency situations shall be developed by the residential care facility, showing routes to exits, and shall be explained to each resident.
(C) A fire drill shall be conducted and documented at least once every three months.
(D) A smoke detector and fire extinguisher shall be provided on each floor of the facility, or as determined by appropriate fire inspectors.
(E) The telephone number of the Fire Division, the hospital emergency room and the Police Division, and other emergency numbers, shall be prominently displayed at each telephone in the facility.
(F) First-aid supplies shall be available and kept in a convenient place ready for use for minor injuries.
