For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
APPLICANT. Individuals, firms, partnerships, corporations for profit, non-profit corporations, fraternal groups, lodges, charities, churches, youth groups, associations, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and organizations.
APPLICATION. An approved form prepared and furnished by the City Zoning Inspector.
PERMIT. The written authorization of the Zoning Inspector and shall include, but not be limited to, the date of issuance, date of expiration, location of site where the trees will be sold, applicant’s name or group and the like and the fact that the permit fee of $10 and the guarantee of $50 have been deposited with the City Auditor.
