§ 866.14 REPORTS FILED WITH POLICE CHIEF.
   (A)   Every private patrol agency licensee shall immediately submit to the Chief of Police in writing the names of all persons in its employ and thereafter the names of all persons hired or discharged.
   (B)   Licensees shall report all police action taken, except routine patrol duty, to the Chief of Police within 12 hours and shall report as soon as practicable to the Chief of Police all property found or recovered.
   (C)   Licensees shall report all knowledge or information of any crime to the Division of Police.
