(A) The Mayor is hereby authorized to suspend or revoke any license granted hereunder and to refuse to grant or renew any license to any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter.
(B) Any person adversely affected by any act of the Mayor under this section shall have the right of appeal, as hereinafter provided.
