§ 866.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall operate a private patrol agency or act as a private patrol watchman within the city unless duly licensed by this chapter.

(B) No person shall knowingly employ or hire the services of an unlicensed private patrol agency or private patrol watchman.
