§ 864.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall operate a private investigation agency or act as a private investigator within the city unless duly licensed as provided in this chapter.

(B) No person shall knowingly employ or hire the services of an unlicensed private investigator or private investigation agency.
