(A) A Board of Investigators, consisting of the Service Director, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Building Commissioner and Health Commissioner, with the Service Director acting as Chairperson, is hereby created. The Chairperson shall, with the approval of the members of the Board, appoint a Secretary for the Board from among the employees of the city.
(B) The Building Commissioner shall have primary responsibility for the enforcement of this chapter. However, it shall be the duty of the Health Commissioner to enforce sanitary or health regulations contained herein.
