(A) No trailer or tourist camp shall be located in any fire district. (See Ch. 1444 of the Building and Housing Code.)
(B) No trailer or tourist camp shall be located within the limits of the city unless city water and sewer connections and fire protection facilities are available.
(C) No occupied trailer or camp cottage or cabin cottage, cabin or other building shall be located within the city limits within the recognized setback line for the zoning district in which such trailer or cabin is located nor less than ten feet from any other building or vehicle or the boundary line of the tract on which it is located.
