Licenses required by this chapter shall be issued annually and shall expire annually on December 31. The license fee shall be $25 per year. The license shall contain the name under which the business is to be conducted, the name of every person interested in the business and the location at which the business is to be conducted. Licenses issued under this chapter shall not be transferable to any other person. The business may be conducted only at the location for which the license is issued and the license must be conspicuously displayed.
