§ 844.03 COMMERCIAL SOLICITING IN RESIDENCE DISTRICT.

No person shall enter upon the lot or land of any residence in the city, for the purpose of commercial soliciting as defined in § 844.01 of this chapter unless such person has successfully registered his or her credentials with the Chief of Police as provided in § 844.04 of this chapter.
